Let's Go Launch
Do you have a desire or calling for ministry? We want to invest in the next generation of church leaders!
As part of our Let's Go initiative, Let's Go Launch is a summer internship designed to give you a big-picture look at how the local church works and hands-on experience in a specific area of ministry.
You'll participate in three all-intern meetings at Cross Church Surprise, be paired with a mentor in your chosen ministry track, and complete a minimum of 30 practicum hours of real, hands-on ministry work throughout the summer.

Ministry Tracks
Preaching · Worship · Kids · Students
Each intern will be assigned a mentor in their desired track and will complete hands-on ministry and project-based work on a flexible schedule throughout the summer.
Who Should Apply? This internship is designed for adults (16 years or older) who have a heart for serving the local church and an interest in exploring ministry.
