Parables of Jesus: The Sower and the Soils 

Matthew 13:1-9, 18-23 

Four Types of Soil...Two Kinds of People 

1. The unfruitful, hard heart.  

2. The unfruitful, shallow heart.  

3. The unfruitful, distracted heart.  

4. The fruitful, committed heart.  

Parabolic Truth: Of the four types of people the Word of God comes to, only the one who produces fruit is assured they belong to Christ and His kingdom.
